Job description

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible to help maintain warehouse stock, to assist in fulfilling and delivering internal orders and to maintain a high level of inventory integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all warehousing and internal order fulfillment operations to effectively support Tiara policies, procedures and objectives
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements and follow proper methods and use of equipment in the handling and storage of stock
  • Support efficient picking, turnover and timely movement of materials to designated areas using appropriate materials handling equipment
  • Utilize ERP system to obtain information and to enter transactions as required
  • Unloads inbound trucks and verify quantities received match bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documents
  • Performs physical or cycle count inventories and helps in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
  • Help maintain a well-organized layout of the stockroom and other storage areas and performs housekeeping duties as assigned
  • Attends appropriate team meetings and works with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues
  • Actively looks for ways to develop cooperative relationships between Warehouse and other key functional areas. Promotes cohesive culture in support of company direction, annual plans, policy changes, expectations, and customer requirements
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
  • High school graduate, or GED
  • Industry Experience: One-year experience in large OEM manufacturing factory
  • Technical Experience: OHSA Forklift certification or ability to obtain a license. Ability to lift loads appx. 50 lbs.
General Job Requirements:
  • Pass a background check, drug test and physical
  • Ability to work overtime as requested
  • Promote a safe and clean work environment
  • Willingness to work on a team or individually
  • Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes
  • Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)
  • Must follow company safety guidelines
  • Must be fluent in the English language
  • Must have valid drivers license.
