Job description

Overview
The Marketing and Database Graduate Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing. Twenty hours of work will be assigned each week. Part of the work entails synchronizing the database with the marketing automation system, creating reports, updating GSTwebsite, assisting with event set up, and other related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
• Updating the student tracker database.
• Updating the GST website.
• Synchronizing the student tracker database with Hubspot marketing automation system.
• Assist with marketing events and set up.
• Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be a student or graduate of the Database / Web and App Development concentration in Information Systems program.
• At least 1 years experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, Server-side technologies, Access, SEO, Analytical thinking, critical thinking, data analysis.
Maximum Salary
USD $17.00/Hr.
Minimum Salary
USD $17.00/Hr.
