Job Summary We are seeking a EKG Tech Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through the EKG Tech curriculum, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare field. You will use your practical experience as a EKG Tech to instruct students on clinical and administrative duties, medical procedures, and patient care. The ideal candidate has strong teaching skills, a passion for helping students succeed, and practical experience in the medical field, specifically in EKG Tech.
Responsibilities
• Teach EKG Tech course curriculum, including clinical and administrative skills
• Prepare instructional materials and deliver lectures, practical labs, and demonstrations
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and practical skills demonstrations
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grading, and progress tracking
• Provide students with real-world examples and insights from personal experience in a medical office setting
• Assist in developing lesson plans, maintaining the course syllabus, and updating curriculum as needed
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students from various educational backgrounds
