Immediate Supervisor:          Assigned Principal
Terms of Employment:          2 additional days and meetings outside contracted times- Stipend Position                               
FLSA Status:                           Exempt
Job Summary:  Grade Level Leader assists administrators and teachers with acting as a liaison between the administration and teachers in an effort to write and implement curriculum within the department. The Grade Level Leader also acts as a mentor for new teachers, assists in their grade's growth, training, and relays information received from the administrators during Principal and Grade Level Leader's meetings held at minumun once a month.
Requirements





  • Has been teaching for 5 years or longer
  • Has proven experience with NWEA  in an effort to help disagregate data for best practices in math and ELA
