Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an RPA Developer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA.Â

TheRobotic Process Automation (RPA) Developerprovides dedicated technical support, development, and advisory services for AI and RPA integration within ACC/A589 classified environments; supports user-driven innovation challenges and in-person facilitation; ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and network-specific requirements for SIPRNet and AFSCI operations. Designs, prototypes, and deploys automation solutions that directly support Air Combat Command's operational mission. This is a hands-on development role. Write bots, test them with actual users, refine them based on operational feedback, and deliver solutions that Airmen use every day. Measured by throughput: a minimum ofthree prototypes per quarterandtwo operational transitions per quarter, working in parallel with another RPA Developer to maintain continuous delivery.
Essential Job Functions:
RPA Prototyping & Development:
- Conduct workflow discovery interviews with ACC A589 personnel to identify automation opportunitiesÂ
- Assess A589 processes for automation potential using structured intake criteria (inputs, decision points, data sources, manual workload burden)Â
- Design and develop RPA solutions usingUiPathandMicrosoft Power Automateon enterprise-approved platformsÂ
- Build functional prototypes within2-4 week cyclesthat users can test in realistic A589 mission contextsÂ
- Maintain a personal development pipeline of 2-3 concurrent use cases to sustain quarterly output targetsÂ
