Job description

Job Description
  • Update database and share site with data for all new, recertified, or amended profiles.
  • Update share site with current approvals and Notification of Treatment Standards forms.
  • Technical regulatory review of all new, amended, and recertified waste profile data (DOT, RCRA, Land Ban, and miscellaneous notes). Review for internal profile inconsistencies.
  • Efficiently track and run reports that could require an advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Validation of shipment data for waste tracking.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
  • RCRA and DOT Regulatory compliance or Quality or Government Regulation experience preferred.
  • Manifesting and profiling hazardous and non-hazardous waste experience preferred.
  • Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.
Other Skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software
  • Knowledge of word processors, like Microsoft Word
  • Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds.
