Our local CPA client is seeking a meticulous and organized part time Data Entry Specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter debit and credit statements into QuickBooks, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date.
Review and verify information for accuracy before finalizing entries.
Prepare payroll for a variety of clients using Online QuickBooks and ADP
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Process deposits accurately and promptly.
Scan and enter data related to tax filings.
Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval.
Assist in other data entry tasks and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
QuickBooks experience and familiarity with ADP a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently.
Pay is $18-$21/hour.
