Job description

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual, CCTV, and door access systems
- Installation/Mounting of TVs and Display Boards in various environments
- Collaborate with clients to determine their audiovisual, CCTV, and door access needs
- Able to collaborate with Bridged Technology's team to efficiently design, quote and assisting with sale of the system
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on installed systems and systems we've inherited
- Test and evaluate new audiovisual technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment inventory

Skills:
- Proficient in telecommunication systems and protocols
- Strong software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and wiring principles
- Basic construction knowledge
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and configurations
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical principles
- Proficient in the use of hand tools for installation and repair work
- Experience with cabling and cable management practices
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
