Location: - St Joseph Regional Health. 2724 Koch St. Bryan, TX 77802

Job Description:

  • Basic understanding of CUCM & Cisco unity connection version 11.x and 12.x.
  • Must be able to add IP phones, End users, CSS, Partition, Route pattern and Route Group etc.
  • Good understanding of Unity Connection Voice mail services.
  • Good understanding of VoIP, MGCP, H.323 and SIP services.
  • The one should understand Avaya Blue CS1K multi group system with Avaya Blue adjacent servers like call pilot, signaling server, SMGR, NRS and Avaya Aura contact center.
  • The one should understand PSTN protocols like T1, CCS, CAS, BRI, PRI
  • The one should have knowledge of configuration of Nortel/ Avaya IP, digital and Analog phones in PBX, Spectra-link phones.
  • The one should have knowledge of jumper cabling, patching and how to move Nortel TN from one port to another.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Open for 24x7 availability
  • Should be able to jump on P1 bridges and drive the technical troubleshooting bridge.
  • Expert level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
