We are seeking a results-driven DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and security automation with strong collaboration and agile delivery skills. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive reliability, scalability, and compliance across our multi-cloud and hybrid platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    • Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP infrastructure.
    • Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices.
  • Cloud Engineering (Azure and GCP):
    • Architect and manage scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments (AKS, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities).
    • Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions.
  • CI/CD & Automation:
    • Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
    • Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting.
  • DevSecOps & Security:
    • Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
    • Manage secrets, certificates, and key management using secure vault solutions.
    • Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP/FIPS/ISO/PCI standards.
  • Monitoring & Reliability:
    • Implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Google Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics.
    • Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Agile Practices:
    • Partner with product and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
    • Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Azure and GCP cloud architecture and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Experience with container security, image scanning, and supply chain security.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.

The pay range for this opportunity is from $122,200 to $160,00 + performance-related bonus + benefits.
This range represents the anticipated low and high ends of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
