Job Summary:
Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is offering a DoD SkillBridge internship program for transitioning service members to gain hands-on experience in various information technology disciplines within a government contracting environment. This program aims to facilitate the transition from military to civilian IT careers through structured training, mentorship, and practical application, with potential for full-time employment upon completion.
Responsibilities:
• Gain hands-on experience in a production IT environment supporting federal missions
• Apply technical skills to real-world projects and operational tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior technical staff
• Participate in training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develop professional skills for transition into civilian IT careers
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active secret clearance (or higher)
• Active IAT II certification (Security+) or higher
• Active Duty Service Member eligible for DoD SkillBridge
• Within 180 days of separation or retirement
• Command approval for participation
