What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a government accounting manager?

To thrive as a Government Accounting Manager, you need a solid background in accounting principles, public sector financial regulations, and typically a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with CPA or CGFM certification preferred.
