California Deposition Reporters, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Legal Industry service provider since 1979. We are one of the largest independent litigation support agencies in California with clients in all areas of California. As we continue to grow we are looking for energetic candidates to serve as a Senior Account Executives for an existing territory who will be assisting in our mission to provide our clients with top-of-line concierge-style services with a local touch.


Interested in working a set territory that is already warm and established, has established clients you are paid a commission on, plenty of growth and a way to earn big commission on residual business? Commissions can be grown to $5,000-10,000 per month or more based on outflow, dedication and length of employment as your book of business grows. Clients stay yours throughout employment in this territory.


Job Responsibilities:
This is a commission-driven position and as an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make calls and in-person presentations to clients in the legal industry. Your appointments will be a combination of house clients, leads and your own self-generated leads you will get as you are in the territory, very warm leads also provided by your manager. You will also follow up with customers and provide client management for existing accounts and also be paid commission on their business. The commission is earned on a residual basis, accumulates quick based on your outflow, as you onboard clients all their work stays with you during your employment. This significantly increases commission month over month as you build and retain clients. You also enter with house clients already established.


Your specific duties in this Outside Sales Representative role will include:

  • Call and prospect potential clients
  • Working with and growing current clients
  • Conducting and coordinating presentations to potential new and existing customers
  • Providing account management and handling customer questions and concerns
  • Driving to customer locations 1-2 days per week in your designated territory
  • Compiling competitive information and working with your Manager to formulate competitive strategy and programs
  • Making daily calls to key accounts
  • Providing regular reports on general activity in all market areas as requested
  • Overseeing and coordinating trade show activities as required in your territory
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay:

  • Payment consists of salary plus commission. The commission is usually achieved after 90-120 days with normal performance, sooner for a high-performing or experienced account manager in the industry. The commission is a residual commission that grows with you.
