Scope of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Finance Department, will be responsible formanaging the collection of payments, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records to ensure timely cash flow for the organization. This position communicates closely with customer service and the sales departments.
This position reports to the Assistant Controller. This role is onsite and is based in Sparks, NV.

• Accounts Receivable Trend and Aging Reporting

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitors customer accounts for timely payments and ensures follow-up on past due invoices.
• Process incoming mail and Posts daily ACH, Wire, Credit Card payment posting and processes non receivable cash transactions to customer's account.
• Reviews RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) credits issued
• Prepares and analyzes accounts receivable reports for management and sales review to include aging report and collection metrics.
• Processes customer credit applications, researches customer credit information, and prepares recommendations in accordance with established credit policies.
• Support Sales and Marketing with rebate programs
• Travel Requirements: Minor travel requirements to local bank branch for check posting from international customers or errors with bank check scanner
• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Assistant Controller or Company management.
• Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of one year experience
• Must have three years of experience using spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• Ability to read English, analyze financial reports and legal documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and government reports.
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

• Microsoft Dynamics (D365) experience.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Sparks, NV location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
