Meeting Roadmap Commitments

  • Prepare Senior Leadership updates to share progress
  • Create and distribute monthly dashboard updates and resolving key blockers
  • Lead weekly leadership call 

Pre-PIPE Readiness & Testing Oversight

  • Manage parallel testing framework (PTF) and testing best practices
  • Own prioritization for entire program, and focused planning on key areas

Data Insights & Funding Management

  • Collate data to support the qualitative journey status 
  • Budget, funding, capacity management and oversight

Program Governance & Enterprise Planning

  • Support program adherence to Enterprise policies (e.g., New or Modified Product Governance Management Policy, Project Governance Bank Policy)
  • Coordinate timely responses to Audit and target satisfactory rating  
  • Support investment planning activities
