Job description

Exodus Integrity Services, Inc is a rapidly expanding technology company headquartered in Northeast Ohio. EIS provides quality services to our clients by instilling honesty, commitment, and hard work to find the most qualified candidates to fill each opportunity.  We are currently looking for several Business Account Executives for our Northeastern Ohio market or Cincinnati area.

The Salesperson executes sales strategy, initiates contact with existing and potential clients, identifies needs and proposes solutions to meet those needs, as well as fosters on-going relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • A minimum 2 to 4 years prior recruiting/presales experience in IT.

  • Excellent customer/client focus.

  • Results driven and goal oriented.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Demonstrated business acumen.

  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in MS Office products.

  • Ability to accurately complete tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated leadership, judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, and employee goodwill.
