Onsite Manager - $45k to $50k plus commission
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Onsite Manager for our facility in Conley, GA.
Summary: This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and process management.
The on-site manager is to obtain a thorough understanding of the staffing needs of our client, source candidates, interview, conduct various screenings and background checks, make independent hiring decisions or recommendations to clients, coordinate placement, conduct onboarding, provide guidance to field staff, communicate with the client
and strategize to ensure satisfaction with the worker and our process. Has the discretion to place associate employees with the client based on the best fit for the job. And, where applicable, manage internal on-site team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and/or client to determine staffing needs and understand job specifications, competencies and skills required.
- Follow up with the client on open orders regarding progress.
- Source candidates through various methods, including networking, job sites, career fairs, etc.
- Screen resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person as required).
- Administer appropriate assessments, pre-employment testing and reference/background checks.
- Make hiring decisions.
- Extend offers of employment based on company process.
- Collect proper identification, complete I-9 in a timely manner.
- Coordinate new hire assignments and conduct on-boarding process.
- Welcome new hires and provide guidance to field staff.
- Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction with the worker and our process.
- Serve as a contact point for the client management team.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned workers to assist with general inquires.
- Attend client production meetings (if applicable)
- Participate in quarterly business review process.
- Create and maintain reports as specified by client-company to include tracking indicators such as turnover, attendance, and performance.
- Provide corrective action communication to field staff.
- Utilize judgement to release field staff based on performance, behavior and/or attendance.
- Communicate assignment conclusions and provide direction on next steps.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, coach and manage internal team members (if applicable).
- Responsible for promptly and accurately inputting all required information and documents into the Avionte system.
- Follow up promptly regarding field employee injuries and clinic work status reports, etc.
- Meet specific recruiting goals and objectives.
- Produce high quality, error free work.
- Display a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition.
- Promptly greet and assist candidates and visitors and answer the phone with a welcoming tone.

Required Education and Experience:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience: One year of recruiting experience, knowledge of staffing systems and tools, experience in applicable computer applications.
