As a Google Vendor, your primary responsibilities may include managing project deliverables, providing specialized support or services, and ensuring compliance with Google's standards and expectations. You often collaborate closely with internal Google teams, attending meetings, giving status updates, and responding to feedback to align your outputs with their goals. Regular communication and adaptability are essential, as priorities can shift based on Google's evolving business needs. This role offers valuable networking opportunities and can serve as a gateway to broader roles in technology or project management.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Google Vendor position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Google Vendor, you need a solid background in account management, project coordination, and a strong understanding of Google's products or services, generally supported by relevant business experience or a degree. • Lead RFPs and competitive sourcing events for mid-to-high-complexity vendor relationships

  • Identify and execute contract consolidation opportunities across Fuze Health entities to reduce duplication and capture pricing leverage

  • Track and enforce vendor SLA commitments; escalate and document when vendors underperform

  • Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance on every significant contract and new vendor onboarding

  • Maintain spend analytics and reporting for your portfolio, surfacing savings opportunities and risks on a rolling basis

  • Support Workday integration requirements across vendor workflows

  • Experience leading contract renewals, commercial negotiations and vendor performance management activities

  • Experience working in a regulated environment such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, SaaS, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Financial Services or a similar industries.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Experience managing enterprise-level vendor portfolios exceeding $5M in annual spend.

  • Experience supporting technology, SaaS, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-service vendors.

  • Experience leading enterprise RFPs and strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • Experience implementing procurement, vendor governance, or contract management programs.

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.

  • Vendor consolidation and cost optimization initiatives.
