Job Title: Sr. Director, Google Practice Lead

Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000

Adswerve is looking for a Sr. Director, Google Practice Lead to join our Growth Team!  This position will be the driving force behind growth, delivery, and overall health of our Google ecosystem business.  This position will serve as both a leader and practitioner, combining strategic business management with hands-on execution.  The Google Practice Lead will be responsible for defining the market strategy, building high-performing teams, driving revenue through strategic sales, and ensuring exceptional delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of Business Development to design and execute the annual business plan; ensuring themes meet revenue targets, profitability, and strategic objectives.
  • Accelerate business growth by building a robust sales pipeline, closing high-value deals, expanding key accounts, and launching innovative new Google offerings and ecosystem partnerships
  • Spearhead strategic sales cycles, cultivate executive-level client relationships, champion thought leadership, and oversee critical delivery initiatives.
  • Mature the practice's operational capabilities and service offerings but building and scaling the practice.
  • Maintain oversight of financial results, forecasting, and operational metrics.
  • Lead business reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Navigate organizational governance by identifying and recommending strategic investments and organizational changes, collaborating with the Head of BD and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for material approvals.
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading a technology practice or business unit, specifically focused on the Google Cloud (GCP) or Google ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipelines, and closing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Cloud services, solutions, and the broader Google partner ecosystem. Relevant Google certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong background in managing executive-level client relationships and overseeing the delivery of complex technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and scale technical and consulting teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to pivot between high-level business strategy and hands-on execution.

This position pays a base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
