About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing & Sales Closer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.

This is not a traditional sales role. We need someone who can confidently speak with business owners because they have personally built campaigns, managed marketing budgets, optimized funnels, audited Shopify stores, and generated measurable ROI for clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Generating trust and closing new business.
  2. Leading discovery and strategy sessions.
  3. Onboarding new clients.
  4. Gathering requirements and setting expectations.
  5. Handing off clients seamlessly to the Project Manager and fulfillment team.

If you have never managed digital marketing campaigns, built funnels, optimized Shopify stores, or scaled brands through paid advertising, this role is not a fit.


Core Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
  • Identify client pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Present customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Close high-ticket marketing retainers and service agreements.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures.

Client Onboarding

  • Lead onboarding calls after contracts are signed.

Experience
