Change Management & Adoption: Coordinate user training and change management strategies to ensure smooth end-user adoption during legacy email/data migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Exchange to Google Workspace).

Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure project deliverables meet Google Cloud deployment standards, security baselines, and agreed-upon client SLAs.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of technical project management experience delivering cloud migrations, SaaS onboarding, or IT deployment projects in a consulting or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Google Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Google Workspace administration, domain migration paths, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) fundamentals.

Client-Facing Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of driving high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) and native Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
