Job description

Guiltec Development is a custom home build construction company operating out of Stamford, CT and service the most affluent areas of Lower Fairfield County in Connecticut and Westchester County in New York. We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a passion for seeing projects to completion.

Responsibilities

· Oversee new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.

· Work closely with clients, architects, on-site team, and subcontractors.

· Manage scope of work, budget conscious and quality throughout the construction process.

· Update Management on all aspects of the project on a regular basis.

Qualifications

· Project Management experience – minimum of 2 years (Preferred)

· Site Supervision experience – minimum of 2 years (Preferred)

· Exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills (Required)

· Working knowledge of Google Suite, Dropbox and other technologies for communication (Required)

· Driver’s License (Required)

Schedule

· Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

· Full Time

· Various Project Sites and Locations
