  • Conduct competitive, peer, and market benchmarking across RapidScale operating units to provide leadership with insight into relative performance, emerging trends, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to refine strategic priorities, translate high-level objectives into actionable programs, and support execution against key business initiatives.
  • Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and executive reporting mechanisms for major enterprise programs and integrations.
  • Coordinate and align workstreams across multiple functional teams and project managers, ensuring dependencies, timelines, risks, and decision points are effectively managed and escalated.
  • Support long-term strategic refinement and identify gaps for future opportunities.
  • Prepare to lead integration of future acquisitions, driving consistency in process.
  • Track post-integration performance to ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, analyses, and communications to support strategic planning, operational reviews, management discussions, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a structured integration playbook to streamline future acquisitions and integration projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • Requires strong knowledge leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex or rapidly evolving organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams and senior stakeholders without direct organizational authority.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership or boards.

Preferred:
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including ability to interpret performance metrics and benchmark against peers or industry trends.
