Job Summary

The Marketing Manager should be a dynamic leader, whoย possessesย the ability to flex with the ever-changing scope and scale of the real estate division, including an ability to travel to markets across the southeastern United States. They will lead the marketing, publicย relationsย and market research efforts across the W.C. Bradley Real Estate portfolio and reports directly to the Director of Property Management. This roleย is responsible forย driving market intel, brand awareness, lead generation, and asset performance.ย 

ย The Marketing Manager oversees market research, paid media strategy, marketing performance, budgetย developmentย and monthly management/reporting, while also leading day-to-day efforts of the marketing team. This role partners with internal team members andย overseesย external vendors and partners, as needed, to ensure alignment with businessย objectivesย and continued portfolio management and success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Partner with Property Management and Investments to lead research across target markets
  • Maintain deep understanding of market conditions, growth drivers, and tenant segments (commercial, retail, residential)
  • Conduct market comps, site visits, and competitive analysis
  • Analyze historical data (vacancy, absorption, rents, concessions, growth, pipeline)
  • Deliver summarized insights, recommendations, and presentations to senior leadership

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute portfolio-wide marketing strategies aligned with leasing and sales goals
  • Lead annual, asset-level campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and traditional channels
  • Oversee brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for new and existing properties
  • Manage naming, logos, collateral, websites, social media, and onsite marketing
  • Support asset disposition efforts with presentations for leadership, committees, and Board
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing platforms

Public Relations & Events

  • Develop and manage PR strategy including media, press, influencer coordination, and crisis communication
  • Identify and secure media and influencer opportunities
  • Coordinate sponsorships to enhance visibility
  • Plan and execute events (grand openings, activations, community programs)

Paid Media & Performance

  • Lead paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Establish KPIs and deliver monthly performance reporting
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage online reputation across Google, Yelp, and ILS platforms

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets across assets
  • Oversee forecasting, spend allocation, and financial tracking
  • Coordinate invoicing with finance teams
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships with performance oversight
  • Evaluate and implement tools to improve efficiency and impact

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
  • Oversee execution of campaigns, content, and events
  • Align marketing efforts with leasing, operations, and leadership
  • Collaborate with sister companies and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Property Management to enhance customer experience

Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Drive cross-promotional opportunities across assets
  • Support initiatives that strengthen long-term portfolio performance

General Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Attend key meetings, events, and activations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldย 
  • 3-6+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in digital strategy and campaign management preferredย 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads and Metaย 
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive optimization strategiesย 
  • Experience managing budgets and marketingย spendย
