  • Support the implementation and evaluation of system-level well-being initiatives, including peer support programming (e.g., EmBRACE), leadership engagement efforts, and culture-focused well-being initiatives.
  • Develop and execute programs and projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to develop departmental short- and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Analyze departmental strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and constraints to inform strategic planning.
  • Meet with leadership and stakeholders to review program progress and identify future opportunities for growth and improvement.
Financial and Operational Management
  • Track departmental budgets against the approved business plan and ensure compliance with fiscal guidelines.
  • Review year-to-date expenditures regularly and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Support operational initiatives focused on workforce engagement and organizational efficiency.
Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Generate and provide accurate reports to leadership and regulatory entities regarding program performance, growth, and improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous program improvement.
Program Coordination and Administrative Support
  • Coordinate and manage multiple meetings each month in support of EmWELL committees and workgroups.
  • Develop and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to EmWELL leadership.
  • Maintain and organize shared files across collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Monitor the EmWELL email inbox daily and escalate time-sensitive matters appropriately.
Professional Development and Engagement
  • Attend educational in-services across Emory sites to support program awareness and engagement.
  • Participate in professional organizations and activities to stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and developments related to workplace well-being.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a related operational leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives and coordinating complex programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain adaptable within evolving healthcare and academic environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and align initiatives with organizational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a healthcare system, academic medical center, or large complex organization.
  • Experience supporting workforce engagement, wellness initiatives, or organizational culture programs.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience using data and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.

IDEAL BACKGROUND:
  • Professional training and experience in the mental health space (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related discipline) is strongly preferred.
