3-months Contract role


Note: Experience in customer-focused or consumer-facing industries such as DoorDash, Stripe, Homestay, Amazon, or similar companies is preferred.


Client’s Community Blueprint team is seeking a seasoned leader to translate insights into action and drive high-impact programs. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with technical experts to turn complex challenges into measurable results.


In this role, you will identify and close user experience gaps, elevate the team’s visibility and influence, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives that enhance the host and guest experience. Success requires exceptional communication, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a track record of delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration, someone ready to make a lasting impact on Client’s global community.


A Typical Day

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs: managing multiple priorities simultaneously while navigating ambiguity and shifting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with executive leadership: establishing alignment, sharing progress updates, and setting clear expectations on program outcomes.
  • Own and continually refine the central program plan: ensuring it evolves as the program progresses through stages and new information emerges.
  • Define and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics: meeting executive standards for rigor and transparency.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders: fostering collaboration and shared accountability across the organization.
