Job description

The Marketing Manager - Community Engagement will join a growing marketing team as we support a rapidly growing business. The Marketing Manager role will establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. The role will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration while analyzing insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across multiple audiences, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Assist in development and measurement of marketing KPIs and development of campaign ROI models and provide reporting on marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness
  • Develop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting

Other duties may be assigned.
  • Playing an active, ongoing and collaborative role with QTS stakeholders in Marketing - and in alignment with other QTS entities - on strategic community-based marketing initiatives.
  • Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned to advance organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to better understand the scope of community.
  • Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives through coordination of campaign assets, timelines and cross-team collaboration.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or other related major or equivalent professional experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a marketing role
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with an analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics
