JOB SUMMARY

Ready to build and scale paid media for one of the most iconic names in creative technology? We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead Avid's global paid media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth and supporting foundational B2B programs through ABM-driven paid channels.

This highly hands-on role requires deep expertise in managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, affiliate networks, and native advertising platforms-with additional experience (or a strong willingness to learn) in running B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and 6sense as part of our ABX strategy.

You'll own campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting-executing independently at first while building the foundation for future team expansion. Success means scaling paid programs efficiently and driving measurable results across both B2C and B2B segments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across search, social, display, native, affiliate, and ABM platforms.

  • Own campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and creative optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, Outbrain, and affiliate platforms.

  • Support B2B acquisition efforts through ABM-aligned display and LinkedIn ads within the 6sense ecosystem, targeting intent-based audiences and engaging accounts across funnel stages.

  • Align audience segmentation and paid media journeys with broader lifecycle and digital programs.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Management

  • Run continuous A/B tests on creative, messaging, and placements to optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to stay on track with KPIs.

  • Generate insights through GA4, platform dashboards, and SQL-based reporting.

Affiliate Program Management

  • Manage and expand Avid's affiliate network, including partner growth, performance tracking, and strategic testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Lifecycle, eCommerce, Digital Ops, and Product Marketing to ensure paid strategies are tightly integrated.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing teams to align B2B paid efforts with ABX programs targeting new business, customer expansion, and renewals.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ years of paid media experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Taboola/Outbrain, and affiliate platforms.

  • Experience with B2B paid channels, including LinkedIn and display campaigns via platforms like 6sense or similar ABM tools.

  • Strategic thinker and independent executor with strong optimization chops.

  • Fluent in GA4, Excel, and paid media reporting dashboards; SQL a plus.

  • Comfortable with both D2C growth and B2B lead generation KPIs.

  • Passionate about building high-performing media programs across the funnel.

  • Bonus: Experience in Python for automation and marketing ops integrations.

Avid is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
