We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support hardware product launches for our client, Google. This role is part of the Google Home and Health Business Management arm for Devices and Services, and specifically in the team that leads hardware NPI (new product introduction) for Google Home (Nest) and Google Health (Fitbit). The team is responsible for launching and landing key NPIs, leading cross functional complex programs with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Essential Job Functions
●    Work with up to 25 cross functional teams (Business, Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, Hardware, Software, Apps, Legal, Compliance etc.) to deliver first-class product launches across Home (Nest) and Health (Fitbit) current and forthcoming portfolio of products
●    Coordinate and diligently track deliverables for highly visible programs, supporting executional strategy and operational plan 
●    Drive consensus and accountability across all functions at all levels, proactively keeping all parties appropriately informed
●    Develop end-to-end schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables
●    Support all communication priorities, risks, and schedules to leadership 
●    Build productive and synergistic relationships with internal cross functional teams and leaders 
●    Provide support and expertise to drive efficiency in overall launch operations and process.

Minimum Qualifications
●    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
●    4 years’ experience working in business operations, program management, project management, or relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment
●    Demonstrated ability to inform and align internal and external teams across diverse functions, and with aggressive deadlines
●    Strong technical acumen, experience in consumer electronics or smart home products
●    Demonstrated ability to “translate” product technical specifications and details into assignments, actions, and deliverables
●    Strong detail orientation to utilize Google sheets, tables, trackers, and effective presentations through Slides
●    Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication with a focus on accuracy, completeness and succinct presentation, especially at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

●    Management of complex cross functional programs with internal and external teams; with the ability to balance multiple projects with aggressive timelines simultaneously
●    Proven experience developing and refining processes with rigor, with a decisive bias toward action, accuracy, and accountability
●    Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering and strategic decision making
