Job description

The Brick isย seekingย a creative and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support the execution of our email and SMS marketing programs. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role willย be responsible forย planning, coordinating, designing, building, testing, and deploying customer communications throughย Listrakย NextGen.ย 

This role works closely with other Advertising Teams and Purchasing to bring campaigns to life, ensuring all communications areย accurate, engaging, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate hasย strong designย skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for customer lifecycle marketing.ย 


Campaign Planning & Coordination

  • ย Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar.
  • ย Coordinate and execute email and SMS campaigns from concept through deployment.
  • ย Work closely with the Copywriter to ensure campaign copy is delivered, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
  • ย Collaborate with Advertising Teams, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, offers, and assets.
  • ย Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time while meeting business objectives.

Email Design & Deployment

  • ย Design email creative and layouts in Figma.
  • ย Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Listrak NextGen.
  • ย Ensure emails are optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
  • ย Maintain and update email templates as required.
  • ย Conduct quality assurance testing for email campaigns across devices, links, pricing zones, language versions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • ย Support the setup, execution, and optimization of automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase programs.
  • ย Manage audience segmentation
  • ย Partner with internal stakeholders to implement and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • ย Support SMS marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Pull and analyze campaign performance metrics, including revenue, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and SMS engagement.
  • ย Prepare recurring performance reports and campaign summaries.
  • ย Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement based on campaign results.

Additional Responsibilities

  • ย Support special projects and customer marketing initiatives as required.
  • ย Stay current on email marketing, CRM, and ecommerce best practices.

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM programs,ย Listrakย and Klaviyo preferredย 
  • 1-3 years of experience with SMS programsย 
  • Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation.ย 
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSSย 
  • Experience designing marketing assets in Figma.ย 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.ย 
  • Excellent attention to detail.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.ย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.ย 
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is an assetย
