In this role, you will actively adopt, implement, and optimize AI tools to streamline departmental workflows and elevate our guest experience. This position works in close daily collaboration with the brand and operations teams, external contractors and key partners.

We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedule
  • $200 Welcome Gift Card to use at any BHC Venue
  • 50% off food, bottles of wine & sake for yourself + a guest at all BHC venues
  • Training & development allowance
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Extended health benefits after 3 months, with premiums completely paid for by BHC
  • RRSP matching program after 3 months
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability coverage after 3 months
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + statutory holidays
  • Paid community volunteer time

What You'll Do:

  • Help build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Execute creative and copy testing (A/B testing) to identify high-performing assets, adjust bidding strategies, reallocate budgets based on performance, and refresh ad creatives to combat ad fatigue.
  • Aggregate data from various platforms to produce comprehensive Wrap Reports.
  • Perform routine website updates via Webflow across our digital footprint, including updating seasonal content, offers and specials, SEO/AEO/GEO metadata, and venue event listings. Assist in building new pages where needed.
  • Adopt and test emerging AI solutions to optimize data transformation and visualizations.
  • Assist with the design, writing, and deployment of weekly newsletters and promotional e-blasts. Assist in audience list segmentation and database cleanup projects.
  • Audit and optimize online review and reservation profiles (OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile), partner profiles and third-party listings, ensuring venue information is 100% accurate and search rankings are maximized.
  • Manage and execute fulfillment tasks and tracking for BHC Partner Programs to leverage hotel and industry relationships and support partnership initiatives.
  • Own and actively maintain marketing calendars and schedules to ensure internal stakeholders and external freelancers are fully aligned.
  • Handle critical tracking and back-end support, including campaign budget tracking, invoice processing, expense logging, and management of department software subscriptions.
  • Provide social media support, assist with content capture and creation, and help schedule organic posts, stories, and reels using management tools like Hootsuite. Leverage generative AI tools for efficient brainstorming, rough caption drafting, and smart hashtag/keyword generation to support social media efforts.
  • Provide operational support for visiting media, influencers, and content creators. Coordinate itineraries and dining reservations and track detailed parameters for on-site filming/photography.
  • Actively track media coverage, archive press mentions, circulate media wins internally, and leverage select coverage with appropriate organic or paid marketing.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, ad operations, or marketing administration.
  • Core Leadership Attributes: A highly analytical, critical thinker and proactive self-starter who demonstrates great initiative, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You are decisive under pressure and comfortable taking ownership of your workflows.
  • AI Literacy & Adoption. Proven experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, platform native AI features) into your daily marketing workflows to optimize text, image generation, brainstorming, or data parsing.
  • High proficiency in navigating Meta Business Manager/Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Experience with HubSpot for Marketers is a bonus.
  • Web CMS Experience: Solid hands-on experience managing, uploading content, and publishing via web content management systems, with a strong proficiency in Webflow.
  • Email Campaign Management: Hands-on experience developing, designing, and launching promotional emails and automated campaigns, with a strong proficiency in platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media scheduling software (Hootsuite, Later, Iconosquare) and Google Business Profile management.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with an analytical mindset focused on data-driven optimization rather than just static reporting.
  • High operational agility. Comfortable shifting gears instantly from technical data spreadsheets and budget tracking to helping with photoshoots.
  • Creative resourcefulness, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, After Effects) to quickly edit video for TikTok/Reels or resize graphics for web.
