The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is$25.00 - $30.00/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options
  • Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team
  • Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, andassistwith payment plans
  • Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care
  • Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure smooth scheduling tooptimizechair time
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care
  • Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions
About You:
  • Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinatorisrequired
  • Knowledge and understanding ofdental treatment plans and ability to educate patientsisrequired
  • Experience with dental software programs isrequired
  • Strongcustomerserviceexperience
