Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing and working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience building relationships and partnering with executives at global enterprises.
  • Experience managing projects and navigating shifting priorities.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy, especially online Performance and Brand marketing.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a business lead, managing external relationships, both client and agency, and internal relationships to ensure our clients priorities are understood and that we maximize our mutual growth potential.
  • Discover insights into customers' business strategies.
  • Explore the needs of key clients and establish plans to help advertising generate a return on investment (ROI).
  • Serve as an advocate within the team and across the organization, leveraging experience in marketing and media strategy to drive joint strategy development and growth.
  • Educate and persuade customers and key stakeholders to utilize Google's advertising products and technologies.
