Compensation: $0-$60 per hour
We are seeking business owners and administrators who actively manage their Google Business Profile (GBP) to participate in a remote research initiative. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who regularly maintain their business's online presence, engage with customers, and keep business information accurate and up to date.
Your insights will help improve AI-powered systems designed to better understand business profiles, customer interactions, and local business experiences.
Requirements
Participant Qualifications
Profile Ownership
  • Must be an active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP).
  • Should regularly manage the profile by updating business information, responding to customer inquiries or reviews, and maintaining an active online presence.
Experience & Account History
  • No specialized technical expertise is required beyond practical experience managing your own Google Business Profile.
  • Preference will be given to accounts with at least one year of active history.
  • Business owners with newer profiles are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate consistent engagement and profile management.
Preferred Industry Backgrounds
We welcome applicants from a wide range of industries and are particularly interested in professionals representing sectors such as:
  • Hospitality & Lodging - Hotels, resorts, bed & breakfasts, vacation rentals, and specialty accommodations.
  • Food & Beverage - Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and similar businesses.
