Job description

Under limited supervision, you will coordinate, design, and secure computer databases to store, track, and maintain a large volume of critical business information. As a subject matter expert, you will provide authoritative guidance for professional staff and may also serve in a lead role. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate monitoring, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices architectures.Responsibilities
  • Monitoring & Observability:
    • Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
    • Enable end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, systems, and applications.
    • Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure system health and reliability.
    • Monitor service performance and availability and set alert thresholds to minimize false positives.
  • Infrastructure Systems Monitoring:
    • Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
    • Support monitoring of databases, middleware, and network components.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to identify trends and capacity needs.
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
  • Application Monitoring:
    • Use Dynatrace to monitor application performance and transaction flows.
    • Support synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring.
    • Work closely with application teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
    • Assist in troubleshooting performance issues at both the application and system level.
  • Incident Support:
    • Participate in incident response efforts related to performance and availability.

Requirements

  • Experience:

  • Technical Skills:
