Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Technician to join our Global IT
team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent employee support, improving
IT operations through automation, and managing modern SaaS and endpoint environments.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for employees worldwide.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, hardware, and access).
  • Administer and support Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues.
  • Build and maintain IT automations and improve operational workflows.
  • Create and maintain internal IT documentation and procedures.
  • Work closely with Security, HR, and Engineering teams.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of IT Support experience.
  • Strong macOS administration skills.
  • Advanced experience with Jamf Pro.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI APIs, or similar solutions for IT automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Kandji, Intune, or Microsoft 365.
  • Jira Service Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, and MDM best practices.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script).
  • Experience working with REST APIs and SaaS integrations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $95,000 to $130,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and work location.
