Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This role addresses complex financial data fragmentation and inefficient reporting processes within direct sales operations. The position solves alignment challenges by refining agent-level performance metrics and managing a multi-million-dollar variable compensation structure. Additionally, it resolves analytical bottlenecks by building scalable financial models and leveraging AI technology to drive departmental efficiency.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Deliver site-level, regional, and comprehensive financial results with variance explanations to site leadership
  • Maintain, calibrate, and analyze a $50M+ performance-based variable compensation model while evaluating new compensation structures
  • Refine agent-level scoring systems and financial metrics by integrating multi-variable data to achieve department efficiency targets
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflow efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and build scalable financial models
  • Prepare pro-forma statements, capital expenditure justifications, and ROI analyses for department initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively as an analyst on the Direct Sales Finance team to support overall operational performance
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical modeling and multi-variable analysis
  • AI literacy and application skills to utilize generative and predictive AI tools for enhanced analytical throughput
  • Critical problem-solving abilities to define complex issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundational expertise in business financial and accounting principles such as accruals and GAAP

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Finance preferred

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum Experience: Experience in financial analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, or relevant coursework/internships
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Google Sheets
    • Financial and statistical modeling
