What You'll Get To Do:
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning tickets and processing payment while following cash handling standards.
  • Educates customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.
  • Informs customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.
  • Operates telephone including professionally answering calls and operating the paging system.
  • Ensures items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
  • Assists customers in locating items when possible or seeks assistance for the customer if unable to help.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You:
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.
