What You'll GetToDo:

  • Overseesthe donation door to store floor process, ensuring proper stewardship of all donations and creating a customer-centric experience for our shoppers.

  • Implementsbusinessstrategiesto ensure store is meeting or exceeding their forecasted sales and production plans. Responsible for the financial and operational status in assigned store, including people, sales, staffing, scheduling, payroll, store growth, expenses, mission integration, budgeting, and safety.

  • Implements and sustains department standard operating procedures to maintain standards of store presentation, organization, facility layout and maintenance, quality control, safety standards, and all organizational policies and procedures.

  • Manages change through effective planning, communication, and coaching.

  • Maintains a consistent presence through the store, engaging and seeking feedback from team members.

  • Ensures regulatory compliance, conducts facility and equipment audits, and promotes safe work practicesaligned with safety standards.

  • Implements marketing, advertising, and communication strategies andworkswith community members on mission awareness and advancement.

  • Leads team through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring and development of team members to create a high performing team including cross training of skills.

  • Other duties as assigned.

WhatWe NeedFromYou:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in relatedfieldis preferred.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.

  • Excellent communication, customerserviceand attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePointand Outlook.

  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality.

  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations isrequired.

  • Ability toworka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimelyattendancein accordance withthe assigned work schedule.

  • Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.

  • Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
