Position Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you help lead day-to-day store operations. You'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage donations, and deliver a great customer experience. This role is hands-on-leading by example, keeping the store organized, and motivating your team to succeed.

Lead Yourself
