What You'll Do
  • Lead daily retail operations to achieve sales, production, and customer service goals
  • Coach, train, and develop team members for success
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
  • Motivate employees while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Maintain merchandising, inventory, pricing, and store presentation standards
  • Monitor financial performance and support budget and operational goals
  • Promote donation growth and support local marketing initiatives
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shopping and work environment
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development
  • Assist with evaluating participant job performance and promoting workplace success
