Join our team as a full-time Lead Plumbing Excavator and get ready to be hands-on in a role that will challenge and excite you every day. As our Lead Plumbing Excavator, you work at a variety of locations throughout the Dayton, OH area to excavate sewer and drain lines.
We provide our team with a variety of awesome benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid vacation, paid personal time (PTO), and paid holidays. Additionally, we offer this position the use of a company vehicle, access to a gas card, company uniforms, and an iPad. This is an on-site position, and we're offering commission based pay on completed jobs and performance, backed by a guaranteed hourly base. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A LEAD PLUMBING EXCAVATOR
This position works Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, so you never work nights or weekends!
As our Lead Plumbing Excavator, you're a vital part of the excavation of sewer and drain lines. You work side-by-side with our installation team, ensuring that our clients have working plumbing systems in no time. Practicing OSHA safety standards is your number one priority so that you can ensure the safety of yourself and your team members. Additionally, you assist in the installation of plumbing systems, making sure that everything is up to our company's high standards. You love that each day presents a unique and exciting challenge!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD PLUMBING EXCAVATOR
  • Sewer line excavation experience
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety experience
  • Sewer line replacement knowledge
