Grass Clippings Rolling Hills, Arizona's most unique golf experience, is looking for its next Head Golf Professional. We are not a traditional golf course. We are an experience-driven hospitality brand built around community, nightlife, tournaments, live events, and the love of the game-and we are redefining what modern golf culture looks and feels like in Arizona.
We need a Head Golf Professional who brings the same energy as the property. Someone who leads from the floor, builds programming that keeps people
coming back, and understands that every guest interaction is a brand moment.
WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS
  • The Head Golf Professional will direct and oversee all aspects of golf operations, including the relationships between guests, associates, and community.

RUNNING THE FULL OPERATION
This role's expectation is running the full golf operation-budgets, revenue goals, financial reporting, hiring, scheduling, performance, merchandising, and training. You will work directly alongside the General Manager and collaborate cross-departmentally with Food & Beverage, Events, and Agronomy.

  • The ideal candidate brings a forward-thinking mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and the organizational skills to manage a full scope operation profitably and efficiently.
