A typical day for a Forecaddie involves arriving early to prepare for assigned groups, walking ahead of golfers to locate balls, provide yardage information, and offer strategic tips. Forecaddies help manage pace of play, maintain course conditions (like raking bunkers and replacing divots), and communicate with both golfers and fellow staff to ensure a smooth round. You’ll also be responsible for keeping score when requested and anticipating the needs of the group. The work is active and outdoors, offering plenty of interaction with players and opportunities to learn the game's nuances each day.
