The Anderson Group Real Estate is searching for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the first point of contact for our clients and to help convert leads into appointments.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Handle incoming leads and follow up consistently to set qualified appointments for our agents.
  • Outbound call, text, and email leads from our database and marketing channels.
  • Manage client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and pipeline progress in our CRM.
  • Master scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversions.
