As the online consumer banking business of Goldman Sachs, Marcus operates as a digital bank, providing high-yield savings accounts and Certificates of Deposit (CDs) directly to individual consumers. Marcus combines Goldman Sachs' over 150 years of expertise with intuitive digital experiences, focusing on value, transparency, and simplicity for its millions of customers, and is recognized as the largest pure online bank, delivering a fully digital experience without physical branches.

YOUR IMPACT

This position is a part of the Agent and Customer Experience team within Marcus' Delivery business unit. Team members help drive operational excellence within Marcus by leveraging best in class Technologies, Analytics, and Processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Delivery Enablement Lead  will be a highly visible driver of our strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across senior leadership, individual teams, and multiple programs, through robust reporting, tracking, and program oversight. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and develop relationships with stakeholders, collaborating to centralize our strategy and developing a narrative that connects all business units. 
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements, powerpoint decks, and other reporting for senior leadership.
  • Understand and help guide all business initiatives in best practices for project/program creation, tracking, and reporting and risk management
  • Assist in the identification, development, and evolution of KPI's and business metrics to ensure our strategy and how we measure it are aligned. 
  • Work with business functions and cross-divisional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, operational leaders, Internal Audit, and internal teams) to identify and implement solutions to business issues. 
  • Work as a liaison between operational teams, leadership and other divisions as needed to develop working groups and plans to implement business solutions. 
  • Recommend workarounds, value additions, and remove solution bottlenecks for the stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data with the ability to demonstrate significance of results to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience with:
    • End to End Project/Program Creation & Management
    • Senior Leadership Presentations utilizing (PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet's, Tableau)
    • OKR, KPI, and creation of business metrics 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a "Big Picture" mindset
  • Experience with Senior Level Communication and Presentations - Specifically to Business Heads and/or C-Suite audiences
  • Ability to interpret data to develop action plans to improve business processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and comfort with ambiguity
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to lead and motivate and stay nimble
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program/Project Management Certifications: (CAPM, PMP or related)
  • Advanced Analytic Tool experience (Altryx, SQL,)
  • Experience within Consumer Banking particularly covering projects/Programs related to Regulatory initiatives
