Join The Star Gold Coast as an Event Services Floor Manager, where you will be leading vibrant Events teams to deliver unforgettable events, conferences and exhibitions that wow every guest. You'll own the seamless execution of functions from planning through to delivery, driving operational excellence, standout service quality, and uncompromising safety compliance. Partnering closely with the Event Operations Manager, you'll champion workforce planning, team development, and the dynamic day-to-day operations that make each event shine.
