Job description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
This role will be supporting key Remediation Management activities and short-term project workstreams with limited interdependencies. Responsibilities include program management tasks, tracking deliverables, and analyzing data and feedback to ensure alignment with Transmission & Distribution notification scope. The role also involves gathering and interpreting program performance data for reporting to sr advisors / advisors. This individual will collaborate closely with sr advisor / advisors, regional and district stakeholders, and serve as a technical resource for notification compliance and remediation processes.
Supports the execution target by ensuring Compliance Notification work moves through the IPSEC workflow by the compliance due datecontributing to public safety, mitigating risk for the public and the company.
Utilize and analyze output from dashboards, trackers, and systems of record to monitor, track, and report on progression of work.
Utilizing expertise in District and/or Regional scheduling procedures and notification disposition in accordance with E1 policy and GO95 standards.
Decipher notification problem statements to determine resource needs
Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the compliance remediations space; communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns they may have
Identify risk, anticipate challenges and address and resolve issues that arise, and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions to keep notifications moving forward
Ensure data integrity and information is representative and accurate, including data cleanup efforts

Required Skills/Attributes

A strong focus on identifying improvement opportunities across the IPSEC lifecycle is essential to drive operational excellence and compliance performance.
Experience with the utility industry in Transmission and Distribution Operations or program management
Over five years of experience in Data Analytics, with a strong background in managing, validating large or complex datasets, and working with various reporting platforms.
Experience with District and/or regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 requirements
Demonstrated experience with PowerBI, SAP, DM, DCPT, DCRT, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360
Experience preparing weekly and monthly status reports to monitor compliance performance.
Demonstrate fundamental lifecycle (IPSEC) knowledge in all compliance notifications. Including but not limited to:
Understanding the differences between P1/P2/P3 and required end dates for each (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA)
Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), or with analytical tools such as SAS or SAS Visual Analytics (VA), BI Dashboard
Desired Skills/Attributes
Bachelors degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination in education, training, and experience
Effective team building and resource and project planning skills.
Understanding of E1 policy and GO95 Rule 18
Knowledge of Transmission & Distribution (e.g., Apparatus, Civil, Electrical crew, Streetlight) systems: electrical system (primary, secondary, public, etc.); overhead and underground structure and equipment types
