Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst I - Investor Reporting will perform in-depth analysis of moderate to complex financial information and prepare reports to assist management in making long-term and short-term decisions. Provides overall support to management.
In this role you will:
  • Analyze moderate to complex financial information, including trends and forecasts
  • Prepare reports based on analysis and on historical information
  • Help develop policy and procedures of the department
  • Perform special tasks and analyses as requested by management
  • Keep abreast of current trends in the market and developments in the profession
  • Preparing pool cuts, ABS reports, and maintained trust-level reporting to ensure compliance with funding agreements
  • Developing borrowing base certificates and trust-level reporting for covenant compliance
  • Supporting Warehouse funding reporting, performance monitoring, and investor deliverables across multiple Prime Automobile Trusts

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of finance principles & financial analytics
  • Proficient skills in SQL/Databricks
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook
  • Preparing trust certificates and coordinate compliance-related updates, renewals, and regulatory filings
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, liquidity, compliance triggers, and key risk indicators to support funding stability and risk management
  • Coordinating with bank counterparties to obtain and validate monthly interest and fee invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding agreements
  • Streamlining processes and automated reporting to increase department efficiency
  • Preparing and reporting financial reports
  • Providing ad hoc financial analysis and performing other job-related duties as assigned
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve moderate to complex problems
  • Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers.

Education & Work Experience
  • 0-2 years in a Financial Analysis role preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required
