Job description


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Integrator to support our G-TEAD (Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate) effort in Huntsville, AL, supporting G-TEAD Headquarters at Ft. Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between operational headquarters and Army acquisition organizations, ensuring that theater capability needs are accurately captured, communicated, and acted upon across the acquisition enterprise. The Program Integrator will work closely with operational staff, engineers, and program offices to translate mission needs into coordinated capability development and technology transition opportunities, from initial planning through execution.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Onsite
Worksite Details: Onsite (MUST BE ONSITE, NO OPTION FOR REMOTE SUPPORT)
Location: Huntsville, AL (Supporting G-TEAD HQ, Ft. Belvoir, VA)
Duties will include:
  • Support the operational headquarters by connecting theater capability needs with Army acquisition organizations and program offices.
  • Work with operational staff, engineers, and program offices to translate mission needs into coordinated capability development and technology transition opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between G-TEAD HQ and subordinate program offices to synchronize capability development priorities.
  • Develop and maintain integration plans, capability gap analyses, and transition roadmaps in support of G-TEAD objectives.
  • Coordinate with Army acquisition stakeholders to monitor the status of capability development efforts and report progress to G-TEAD leadership.
  • Prepare briefings, white papers, and technical documents to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Participate in working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and program reviews as the G-TEAD representative.
  • Conduct periodic travel to Ft. Belvoir, VA and other Army installations as mission requirements dictate.

Position Requirements:
  • Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Army acquisition, program management, or operational support roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Army acquisition programs and Program Executive Offices (PEOs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting Army operational headquarters or theater-level commands.
  • Knowledge of Army Science and Technology programs and technology transition pathways.
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
