We are seeking a strategic and hands-on tax leader to oversee global tax compliance, reporting, and planning. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving tax strategy while ensuring global compliance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global income and indirect tax compliance and reporting across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
  • Manage tax accounting, including income tax provision and global entity structure changes.
  • Develop and execute tax planning strategies; evaluate tax implications of M&A, cross-border transactions, and new business initiatives.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes; assess impact and advise executive leadership.
  • Direct global tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.
  • Establish and improve scalable tax processes, policies, and internal controls.
  • Partner with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, IT, and Accounting to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee external tax advisors and service providers.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global tax team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (CPA required).
    • 12+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or industry with global scope.
    • Deep expertise in international tax, cross-border M&A, and transfer pricing.
    • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
    • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willing and able to work from our office in Centennial, CO during core business hours (Tuesday - Thursday 10am - 4pm).

    The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
