Your role focuses on translating approved learning portfolio decisions into coordinated development and delivery plans, while also managing the operational backbone of AMER learning programs. You ensure timelines hold, dependencies are managed, logistics are seamless, data is accurate, and learners and facilitators are supported operationally. • Maintains AMER learning operations data, including enrollments, completions, and compliance tracking across markets.

Learner & Facilitator Operational Support
  • Serves as first-line support for AMER learners and facilitators for enrollment, access, scheduling, and program navigation issues.
  • Resolves operational and system-related issues quickly to minimize disruption to the learning experience.
  • Partners closely with the AMER Learning Specialist to ensure operational readiness supports high-quality delivery.
