What You'll Do
  • Lead a 24/7/365 GSOC supporting global offices and distribution hubs
  • Oversee physical security monitoring (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
  • Coordinate cyber incident triage in partnership with IT/security teams
  • Manage global travel risk monitoring and employee safety support
  • Deliver real-time intelligence and executive reporting on global threats
  • Own global badging and access control operations
  • Lead incident response and crisis management efforts
  • Drive program maturity, SOP development, KPIs, and continuous improvement
  • Manage GSOC staff, vendors, and technology platforms

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of GSOC experience, including leadership and program ownership
  • Proven success in building, scaling, or transforming GSOC operations
  • Experience managing 24/7 global security environments
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and incident response
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Excellent executive communication and decision-making skills

Preferred
  • Experience with Verkada VMS and/or Everbridge
  • Background in security convergence (physical + cyber)
